Fantastic Turntable, Great Service!

Good value, delivery could improve

I bought a Sonos Beam soundbar from Electricshop. The price was competitive, and the product itself is excellent, exactly as described. The website was easy to navigate and placing the order was straightforward. Delivery, however, took 7 days to reach me in Scotland, which felt a bit long for a relatively small item. It arrived well-packaged though. Overall, a solid experience but quicker shipping would make it even better.

Detailed review for Denon AVR

I purchased the Denon AVR-X2700H receiver about a month ago. The ordering process on their website was smooth, and I appreciated the detailed product descriptions that helped me confirm it was the right model for my needs. Delivery took 6 days from order confirmation, which was within their stated timeframe. The unit arrived securely packaged, with no damage to the box or the receiver. Installation was straightforward, and I had a couple of questions about multi-room setup, so I called their customer service line. I was connected to someone quickly who was knowledgeable and helped me troubleshoot an issue with my wireless speakers. The receiver itself performs flawlessly, significantly upgrading my home cinema sound. I found their expert advice useful, and the free UK mainland delivery was a definite plus. No complaints about the quality of the product or the support I received.
